    Agreed - I think this hurdle is a very very small one. IMO it is full steam ahead with securing funding.

    Next ANN will let us know funding has been secured and hopefully a time line for the build and IPO details.

    Fun fact: HKSE IPO market has been rated #1 - 7 out of the past 12 years. 2020 alone raised HK390 Billion!
