I presume you are a long term SDL SH and have an emotional connection to the project as you have capital invested.

I pose this questions to you as I have done with other SDL SH that have posted in ANS's threads (and none have answered).
1. What do you expect from this pre action hearing?
2. If SDL are successful what is their next move?
3. IF SDL are unsuccessful what is their next move?
4. Do you think SDL can generate revenues in the coming years ahead?
5. Would SDL be able to find financial partners to to complete the infrastructure in Africa?
6. Would either states be willing to work with SDL moving forward?

All I see from a few SDL SH are ignorant comments with little regards to their BOD performances over the past 10 to 15 years. I often read the SDL threads and it looks like the majority have accepted SDL's fait.

Looking forwards to your input on the above, but I wont hold my breath as the SDL SH who post over here add very little apart from posting hopium about the 'pre action discovery hearings' and they 'may have cause' .
