That the appeal would fail on he grounds that it is just a matter of asking for info by SDL
ANS has done that and has supplied all the requested info needed by SDL....imo
So where are you going with your post
The AFRICAN govt court cases has more important to SDL than ANS matter
Now in regards to that matter ANS believes that the AFRICIAN GOVTS have done everything right giving the mining rights to other parties
So stop beating a DEAD HORSE with these posts of no SUBSTANCE
