only thing that has changed in the past few years is the consumer behaviour. Now if i wanted a single front residence, not an issue. But if i wanted a mansion out in the estates building companies would combind with mortage companies to bundle their products.
Read the street.com its free similar with marketwatch.com alot of good information is available on a daily basics. or if you want some fun then crammer on cnbc he is a professional stockpicker.
