Interestingly, Lanskey was MD at AusTex Oil and Bursill is their Company Secretary, although you wouldn't know it based on the background summary provided in LWP's announcement:

A convenient omission?
IMO the Lanskey-Bursill connection needs some attention - it looks a little too cozy for my liking. Also, could Lanskey's priority for a downhole test be in some way related to AusTex's ongoing activities in the US? Hmm...
