Hmmmmmmm
It seems to me that when these sorts of conversations start to be had about a company an independent audit is essential for the continued credibility of the organisation.
If either of the organisations that I am a board member for had insinuations of this type levelled against them I would be getting an independent auditors report immediately. To not do so just fuels the fire and one has to wonder what right thinking board member would resist financial transparency.
