just finished a quick preview of sunland group (sgd)
would like to know if there is anyone following this stock.
overall this looks pretty far value, top 20 shareholders own around 90% of shares. is very thinly traded.
strong growth for the 2003/2004. and strong profit forecast.
increase in dividend
i would expect strong upward share price in the comings months, perhaps $1.00 mark by end of year..
