Seems to me it's down trending.
Look at its chart since the 16th, if you disregard the 22nd it's been negative every single day, so i'll call this a current downtrend until news starts happening. and this will continue to drop if no news is announced.
i don't see this being green without news or an announcement
if it does, hail mary, but so far it's unlikely.
