Folks,
I will hand the prize for MRE tree shaking to the accumulating brokers.
They spook the market early by dumping a couple of hundred thousand so that the short-term hangers-on run in panic for the exit. It helps if some brokers have recommended a sell which will get some long-timers dropping their bundle as well.
My guess is that they will trickle in some more selling as soon as it looks likely to break above the $5.00 mark.
I was hoping they would spark a more general collapse down to the 4.80s but maybe that's hoping for too much; considering the tight supply position of nickel and the massive demand the stupidity they are exploiting isn't limitless.
