I think they're doing ok- the restructure/turnaround might not be quite finished yet. They are doing a heap better than they were. Share price is down 50% from results date- go figure- the decline must finish sometimes soon. The share price at 40c is the equivalent of 2.2c before the 18 to 1 consolidation.

CmonCDR- a couple of questions if you don't mind:

When do the earn-out payments conclude? How much do they have left owing?

How long is it until dividends can be paid? Who decided that dividends can't be paid- the banks?

That's it for my questions so far. :) One thing about companies that change their name- hard to find all the info. The PGA code is no longer on HC.

Unfortunately, with the consolidation, EGG only has about 85 million shares, and many of them are owned by employees (24%), making it thinly traded. NMS was on the same path (consolidation was to be at 30:1 leaving it with 60m shares and NMS had completed its turnaround strategy), until it got snaffled up.

Once these earn-out payments are done with, this will look like a completely different company. The AGM comments were cautious, and they said they have more to do, but as with NMS, and ELD and many of these overly-acquisitive companies, legacyi ssues can take a few years to resolve.
