I have a potential major bear low in July 2013 here but there are many who see 2014 in the US as that low.
Both are possible and even though it can be argued that 2006 didn't work, this was just a sample of his many different T's.
A bloke worth watching. Last year he was saying for ages that Sep to Nov was an important high.
