And...
"Mr Davey said the proposed financing from SCPPA was “100 per cent pure equity, no debt”.
SCPPA will be the majority owner of the solar tower, leaving Enviromission as the minority owner."
Not that we have a problem if SCPPA wants to put up the capital!
