    yes the 5.2% dividend profit is attractive.

    tho I'm achieving 12% via 6 month terms with moneyspot.
    (it has risks obviously, has been returning above their minimum guaranteed over last 2+ years)

    I'm no Gordon Gekko / Warren buffet, just trying to find the best potential.
