News today in Sunridge press release about the appointment of Kennedy as a new SBS appointed director (now makes two on their board). There was no mention about the overall approval by shareholders of the deal to issue script for the SBS component of the JV. Strange as that has some bearing on the SP of both companies...possibly moreso that the appointment of directors. Presumably the director appointment is confirmation enough?

On other matters..SBS is incredibly slow in releasing ZARA drilling results. Presumably they are sitting on poor results?

Feb should be interesting regardless with Sunridge releasing their pre-feasability studies. Will finally get some indication about mining potential that should move stocks one way or the other!
