Precisely. If you're looking at 350k for a house in Parkes, you're looking at a LOT less for the smaller towns like Fifield, Tullamore, Tottenham, Trundle etc.
Not disputing the upward trend, just disputing the figure of 565k for a house in Fifield, it is completely implausible (I'm from the area).
