this is true, but value to SRL shareholders depends on the valuation of the asset selldown. if it sells for my dream target of 70% NPV this will be for a consideration of 70% x US$1.2Bn NPV x say 40% of asset = A$480M. As at current time 100% of our shares equals A$252M or 40%=A$101M, 40% for A$480M is a 4.8x todays share price and represents great value. this would be essentially the same result as a 40% cap raise dilution @ $13.44 per share and SRL retains 100% of project.
on debt, the debt facilities available to the project company will be shared by both owners at respective ownership percentages.
