I'm sure if you had enough money, one could manipulate it.... I can't imagine any LT holders were selling at these levels, it's simply being manipulated on a daily basis.
Hopefully the time comes soon where people start buying up big for whatever the reason and the people behind this continual SP beating get burnt.
