Well that and the cobalt price is at 32month lows and we have a pretty bearish macroeconomic environment with financial stability risks emerging, alongside a change in chemical composition for battery's to LFP (although less energy dense, so not fully fit for all electric vehicles), so the thematic has changed a bit.
None the less, this is still a very large resource of Nickel, Cobalt, Scandium and platinum that will be attractive to offtakers as its in a stable political environment, cost competitive, large, permit ready, government supported and not controlled (influenced, but not controlled) by the chinese....
