Just wondering whether any property investors would like to comment on this style of property investing .

The guys name is Nathan Birch and his company is called B Invested .

No , I am not spruiking this type of investment and I have no association with Nathan Birch or any other property service provider / investment group.

Just thought that it's an interesting topic , particularly how they manage to get finance .

My experience with multiple properties is that you are limited to a number ( regardless of lvr ) because of your inability to make the payments if all the properties are empty . This is how it has been put to me by more than one of the big four banks .

Interested to hear from others who have real skin in the game .
