We will need to get funding and apply for these grants and if we get them we can use them for the road upgrades or something.
We can go to potential equity partners and say, hey, you know how we need $600, 000, 000 from you, well hold the phone we just got a $10,000,000 grant from NSW, so we know you weren't willing to sign before, well now you only need $590,000,000 here's is a pen to sign and you can keep it after........
