"Is all this impinging on CLQ's share price"...are you referring to the general acquisition of Chinese cobalt and mineral assets ? ...if so, it is possible that commodity prices and related stocks are being intentionally driven down, though I stop short of saying this, and it is difficult to prove or get evidence.
What is plain is that the Chinese are acquiring major assets in battery materials.
The cheapest market for this is DRC, where they are very active.
Whether there is anything intentional being done in "open" commodity and stock markets
is a speculation that has occurred to me, but have no opinion about.
It is circumstantial, and there are other factors that could explain.
