The last thing you want is debt which is convertible - let me explain why - for the debt holders they have a fixed capital position - the moveable feast is the stock price- the more they bash it down the more shares they get on conversion and the more money they make - convertible bonds are the kiss of death- we do not want them- I have yet to see a share appreciate once convertibles have been issued.
