    You guys always use that old chestnut.HAS been a great investment.We know it HAS been good in the past,and some current bears(including myself)have done well out of proerty in the past also,but what we are talking about is buying here and NOW.If it's such agreat investment to buy NOW,why arent there all thses buyers linig up?Dont confuse the past riches with what is going to happen in the future.
