A few properties in Melbourne Inner East (among many) I have been tracking since mid last year are already down around 30% from asking price (not the official pie-in-the-sky asking price but the more serious negotiated asking price).
You think I will make an offer any time soon.
Some of these properties will be falling all the way back to 2000 levels (almost pre-GST era) by about 2015.
