The 2nd part of this story on Sunrise was even better than the 1st.
They were almost 'cheering' on falling house prices on this morning's episode. I loved Kochie's exaggerated screams and wails when the predicted price falls in each capital city were being read out. Couldn't have scripted it better myself. It was almost as if he was on a mission to rub it in to all the smug property investors.
I laughed hard when they joked about the public's misunderstanding of house prices, with Kochie sarcastically saying "But house prices never fall, do they?", with his guest replying (in an equally sarcastic tone), "No no Kochie, of course not", while both grinning from ear to ear. Just perfect.
It was broadcast at a great time too. 7am prime time - just when all the slaves are watching while eating their breakfast. This would've been the first time many of them have been exposed to news of falling house prices in the mass media.
It was later reported in later today's news that a high number of patients were admitted to hospital this morning after choking on their weetbix. Most of the patients were seen arriving in 3-Series BMW's, holding fake Gucci handbags, and wearing over-sized sunglasses. Their equally-stylish male counterparts reportedly all looked like they'd just seen a ghost.
