Another example is Seaclem.... The NOPTA document said the drill would be $6,000,000 lol... absolute rofl.
Low and behold it blew out to: ~$26,320,220 by the end of the financial year... (give or take for reimbursements).
So that was 438.67% more than the NOPTA projected cost lol....
