Well Glitz, looking at the timelines, David finished answering NOPTA queries in July 2020. I am not privy to his "to do list" but in the next four months following, all legal disputes between the parties were settled, Breeze got the keys to the MMR offices back, and continued to with the "moving to drill ready" strategy with Prof. Cook, Add Energy, the Advent Offer etc. So, no, I don't think there were delays with PEP11, I think NOPTA was his priority and then he went to work sorting out the rest. In relation to Keith Pitt, it may come as a surprise to you, but in actual fact the two don't talk. It is not permitted under NOPTA protocols. It is possible that they have never even met. A slip of the tongue, whilst a little embarassing, doesn't represent anything to me.
