I agree with your "If MMR were more forthcoming" comment. I am still waiting for the outcome of the ASIC investigation which was started by the Australian Takeovers Panel referral: and.... if it has concluded, then I want a very good explanation for why it's conclusion was not released to the market. Maybe this is part of what lost them their PDF status.
