I don't believe so. My interpretation is that the "block" of SH that at one point had control of greater than 20% of the issued capital no longer do, so there is nothing to enforce except maybe some punitive damages against the perpetrator's. @Roger D has the keys to this box of secrets but he is keeping stum. My views on the PDF issues are that they relate to the bungled Claratti investment and possibly also relate to breaching the Advent cap.
