Well that is what Justadabble and I thought, and after reviewing all of our information, I can't seem to see a source for that other than NOPTA saying "Whether or not consideration is given to include the time taken to make a decision is a matter for the Joint Authority." 52305698

There are a few reasons I think they wouldn't... but they are very speculative. For example, can you imagine the Government approving the extension, and not that but also issuing the company with even more time than what they asked for?

Also as far as I know, Advent have not asked for more than what we have currently been told in ASX announcements. Maybe Breeze should look into that and make sure he can get everything he is entitled to.
