So I just called David Breeze, which of course you could also do rather than simply fear mongering on this thread. He stated that the fact that MMR will likely not be reinstated will have zero bearing on the ability of BPH to proceed with the drilling of Pep-11, in regards to funding. Investors will jump on board once approval is gained. He said a lot more, but that was the gist of it, in a nutshell. Any other concerns you'd like me to call about and have clarified for you?
