I believe this happened at the time. GXY and Trebica both joined Rowathorn in legal action and they end up settling.  The settlement consisted of them selling their shares to Austroid.  In hindsight they messed up considering how much the mine is worth today.   

I'm not sure which major shareholders (besides Retail) can now intervene on the Sunset clause extension date in court.
