Hi champkan, not sure if Alita is in a position to pay off it’s debts, be nice if it could, then company could be returned to Directors control. Nobody knows what the “contract” sales price is for the lithium concentrate though. More likely it needs an initial injection of equity from someone.

Sunset date extension is my main interest and I am also very happy to see that ASIC has requested a updated valuation before it will approve anything. I’d prefer to see Alita liquidated and a fair market bidding process occur for assets rather than the current DOCA effectuate some years down the track with a guaranteed no return to shareholders.

I guess that’s others current interest as well.
