I have not followed this in what seems like years. Can someone give a very basic explanation?

Do A40 shareholders actually own anything? What happened to Cowan? What’s the best case scenario for those of us that owned A40 hares when it delisted?

Also, does the administrator have a responsibility to do the best for shareholders?

Is there any recourse if it is found that the administrators did not attempt to maximise shareholders value/returns
