It would give me a degree of inner peace to give the A40 board the benefit of the doubt and suggest they were "incompetent" rather than "implicated" in this mess. However the cynic in me then asks, if indeed they were blindsided by the chinese, why would they then have sell off the adjacent Cowan tenements TO THE SAME PEOPLE FOR PEANUTS! If indeed they done wrong by you in the beginning, would one not feel aggrieved in dealing with them again???
A bit like someone who has their house burgled then willingly leaves their car unlocked in the driveway with a note on the windscreen saying "Hey don't forget to take the car too, keys in the glovebox xoxox"
