At least this time they have picked a broker that actually plays in the space unlike the supposed attempt to sell Atomic by listing it with a winery Broker in Perth who doesn't appear to have made much progress from 2,500k's away.
$450k commencing rent quoted suggests it's going to borderline to recoup the $7.5m reno bill, but less debt will strip some risk out of the business.
