If it is a risk in regards to this loan it is a dumb risk they didn't need to take on the day they did take it and in the bigger picture it is a expensive way to kick the can down the road a very short way. It was a saving face loan that has poor terms but is better than the disaster a issue would have been unless it was a major partner taking a position.

What I am seeing is expenses and delays exceeding what was initially predicted by the company and no aggressive policy to get enrollments moving. I know they were probably short on ability but in the last 12 months they have it in bucketfulls and need that ability applied to get short term results moving . This slow ( possibly safe) conservative policy is burning cash and time and might be good for them but is killing small holders unless you want to average down even further. We all know there will be extra dilution with issues in the future as we are underfunded and until they get results on the board it is a shorters party and people can stand on the sidelines and not worry about it running away from them whilst any move will be off a low low base the management have allowed the company to sink and remain at.

I hope they fix this with a good presentation and some results on enrollments followed up quickly with implantable news to get us back to a reasonable pricing in the market. No pats on the back from me until their current strategy works or they get the hell off their bums and get this show moving while they have a complete market open to them and a huge headstart with innovative device

Brooke the director, my understanding is that he put a lot of his own skin into SHC. He's been in there even years longer than me. He's making decisions to maximise his returns.
