Interesting read the Form 8, Silicon Valley bank have covered themselves ( Warrants ) incase of a takeover , The effective drawdown date of the Loan ? is unclear to me , appears some day in the future when SSH decides to draw down the funds ? after and subject to this event " subject to interim review and 100 randomized by June 30" anticipating a higher share price and less dilution is good for SSH? meaning the share price at June 30 will be much higher with these mile stones in place ? anyone have a correct meaning on this ? cheers
