    Don't vote ie. don't put in a proxyat all is effective if there is no Quorum.put in an abstain vote ice an effective no vote.
    Erb could have enough votes to push motions through but not enough for a Quorum.
    Is he looking for no votes/abstains to get a Quorum?
    Just a twist to keep in mind.
