IMO FAR are not inclined to run it alone. It would be the last thing ME would want. Far been around a long time , and in my research ME plays a conservative game.
Shell ANN came 3 months after lease extension and its commonly agreed by most that Senegal gave the extension due the the unoffical package put forward by FAR. Its sometime off before ME would even consider cap raising and that would be after ALL above options failed.IMO
