OrgoneAccumulator: WHY would FAR need a capital raising now?? The only explanation (that I could think of) would be that they cannot find a JV partner and would want to raise even more funds to drill on their own - not a likely scenario at all.
So, in your view, WHY a capital raising and WHY now (sp will be much higher after a JV partner is announced and FAR could do a cap raising then...).
