1. Mega-cities like New Delhi are facing an urgent air pollution crises, with diesel cars a major contributor. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/nov/08/i-feel-helpless-delhi-residents-on-the-smog-crisis
2. Car rationing is being used as a short-term solution but this is not sustainable. The Government of India is moving very fast to encourage EV use.
