ABS distributes their products.
Market won't buy unless they can bid (or make a market in AFT). Management needs to do a reco to allow the market to form a value for AFT (and hence get liquidity back into the stock).
They should have done the reco first before loading placement takers in at 0.001 per share ($6.5million).
