The SP is way undervalued ( i know you probably hear this about every stock ) but its simply true, SP should be much higher and the "premium" seems smaller.
A lot of ADT holders I've spoken to on various platforms seem to be of a similar mind and frankly, there is a lot of strong hands on the register who see the value and won't let it go cheap.
From now to Christmas we will have excellent news flow that should drive the SP higher.
