Crazy inflated TO prices being talked about here but SFR (and especially SFR shareholders) would be more than happy for someone to come along and offer $6+ as some have talked about here. They would be happy to pocket $168 million+ SFR are not in a position to make a TO themselves nor I think would they want to.
