I checked the prospectus and it looks promising. First thing it is an existing business with revenues and profitability. With some big infra project in Australia, their business will grow and if they can acquire other similar business they will have short term spikes due to synergy advantage. In long term, if they can get into facility management or operation eg toll road maintenance, they will sustain and grow for the long term. Also the senior management has huge past experience in middle east so I predict some transactions sure to come from those relationships. All in all its worth a bet in infra space. Keen to hear others perspective.
