David The reason that the other layers were not able to be flowed back and some results achieved was because the companies whom they were working in conjunction with cancelled one fracc altogether and were not ready to proceed with another. That meant that the time between zones for Nwe were compressed to such an extent that they didn't get a reasonable/planned time interval.
Had they not proceeded in the manner in which they did then the fraccing rig would have been deployed elsewhere and we would not have got our work done.
NWE could not afford to pay standby rates to Haliburton.
