Hi Zero - 'rohe Klöße' - YOU??? have eaten them?  Wow!!!
I vill try zem very soon!  They are best with the juice from a great roast and Sauerkraut as a side dish, also - my friends have a surprise in store - look forward to seeing who survives my peasant food!
I'll let you know if experiment is successful - still not sure which type of potato to use, possibly a late-season, mealy one - flour is part of the story, otherwise it won't hold together.

ON second thoughts, it's more of a winter food - too hot here atm.
