the difference here is that it is this government who has allowed housing to get to it's massive bubble territory though a total lack of actually governing


now - Australia is in a rock and a hard place with residential property -----

there are only bad ideas

and, IMO - all we are seeing from both Labor and Liberal are bad bad ideas

no one wants to admit that the only way out of this problem is catastrophic ------- a massive fall in house prices -

the collateral damage of which is potentially nation destroying

the situation is so dire, that no one has any good ideas at all


every single idea will have massive negative consequences
