    exactly, it’s a regressive policy. It doesn’t promote it’s applicants to put themselves into better positions, won’t support them having or growing a family and will see government handling a US style mortgage backed equities crisis when default rates increase under growing inflation and the government and banks are left to recover their losses against borrowed money
